Simple Serve
A smooth, creamy, indulgence that’s the equivalent of couture on the rocks. Perfect for a refined yet uncomplicated indulgence.
INGREDIENTS
100ml Cape Velvet Liqueur
(Suitable for use with all 4 flavours)
2-3 large ice cubes
METHOD
Step 1: Fill a tall wine glass with the ice cubes.
Step 2: Slowly pour the cream liqueur over the ice, letting it cascade elegantly.
Step 3: Garnish with a cinnamon stick (optional).
Step 4: Sip and savor the luxurious,
velvety texture.

Black Forest
Dark & indulgent, our chocolate caramel liqueur meets cherry to create the perfect liquid Black Forest Gateau dessert drink.
INGREDIENTS
50ml CVC Chocolate Caramel
1 tsp Cherry Jam
50ml Cranberry Juice
25ml Templeton Rye Bourbon
METHOD
Step 1: Add all ingredients into a shaker.
Step 2: Shake hard until well mixed.
Step 3: Strain into a chilled coup glass.
Step 4: Garnish with grated dark chocolate and a fresh cherry.

25ml Pampelle
10ml Eezee foam
50ml Coconut Water
METHOD
Step 1: Freeze coconut water in ice mold.
Step 2: Shake all ingredients with the ice in a shaker.
Step 3: Strain into a glass over the coconut ice.
Step 4: Garnish with toasted coconut shavings and edible flowers.

Red Expresso
Get any lunch, brunch or gathering started with Cape Velvet Classic Cream Liqueur and red espresso with a dash on naartjie syrup.
INGREDIENTS
50ml CVC Original Cream Liqueur
150ml Strong Rooibox Tea
10ml Naartjie Syrup
METHOD
Step 1: Fill a tall glass with ice.
Step 2: Pour chilled tea and naartjie syrup into the glass.
Step 3: Create Marble look by adding Cape Velvet.
Step 4: Garnish with a straw and expressed orange twist.
